The Maleny is a spacious three bedroom home with a bathroom and ensuite. Pivoting vents are used to provide consistant ventilation to the bedrooms.The living and dining spaces are wide open and the large deck provides ample additional outdoor living space. This design was a winner of the 2008 HIA Green Smart Award

The Ranger is a large one bedroom home with plenty of living and deck space with all amenities and plenty of storage.

The Jimbour is a large 4 bedroom home with a bathroom with separate WC. An ensuite and walk in robe is provided from the main bedroom.

The Compass Two bedroom home has a single bathroom and plenty of storage space. The breezeway is fitted with a clever laundry and secondary entrance. The living module is open-plan and provides a large kitchen and outdoor area. The Compass is also available as a three or five bedroom home.

The three bedroom version of the Compass provides two bathrooms and a good amount of living space in a separate module.

A comfortable deck fronts the open living and dining area. Additional modules can be added as well as decks, carports
and garages.
